At Explore Art Class, we value every student's commitment and investment. This policy sets out the terms under which refunds and cancellations are considered, ensuring clarity and fairness for all enrolled students.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellations received within seven days of initial payment and before attending more than one class session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window will not ordinarily qualify for a refund, except under the special circumstances described below.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: more than seven days have elapsed since the date of payment; the student has attended more than one class session; cancellation is requested for personal reasons outside the seven-day window; fees for subsequent sessions remain unpaid; or the student has violated our Terms of Service or conduct policy.
Students who have attended some sessions but wish to withdraw may be considered for a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount, if approved, will be proportionate to the remaining unused sessions in the package.
As an alternative to a refund, we may offer to transfer your remaining balance as a credit towards a different course or future programme. This option is offered at our discretion and must be agreed upon before the current course ends.
All approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. An administrative processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a refund request, email us at compliance@exploreart.co.in with your full name, enrolment date, reason for cancellation, and payment reference. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
We understand that unforeseen situations — such as a serious medical condition or a family emergency — may affect attendance. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us directly. Each request will be reviewed individually and resolved with empathy and fairness.
In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel a class or programme — due to instructor unavailability, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control — enrolled students will be offered either a full reschedule or a complete refund of the affected sessions.
If your refund request is declined and you believe the decision does not reflect the circumstances, you may submit an appeal within 30 days by emailing compliance@exploreart.co.in with supporting documentation. Appeals are reviewed by our management team and a final decision will be communicated within 10 business days.
