By enrolling in any class or programme at Explore Art Class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all students and visitors interacting with our services.
Explore Art Class provides structured art instruction covering drawing, shading, watercolour, acrylic, oil painting, one-stroke painting, ceramic pot painting, and other fine art disciplines. Class schedules and programme details are communicated to enrolled students and published on our website.
Classes are open to students of all ages and experience levels. Students under 18 years of age must have written parental or guardian consent prior to enrolment. We reserve the right to decline enrolment to any individual who does not comply with our conduct standards.
Consistent attendance is critical to a student's progress. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Where a class must be missed, students should inform the instructor in advance. Make-up sessions are offered at the instructor's discretion and subject to availability. Repeated unexplained absences may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions without refund.
All students are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards the instructor, fellow students, and the studio environment. Disruptive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the programme without entitlement to a refund. Any form of violence, substance misuse, or unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited on the premises.
All instructional content, course materials, and teaching methods remain the intellectual property of Explore Art Class. These materials may be used by students for personal learning only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialised without prior written permission. Artwork created by students during sessions remains the property of the student; however, the studio may display it with the student's consent.
Explore Art Class shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss of or damage to personal property, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at our classes. Students participate at their own risk and are advised to take reasonable care of their belongings.
Explore Art Class reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructor assignments, or programme content as operational requirements demand. Enrolled students will be given reasonable advance notice of any material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Karnataka. Any disputes arising from enrolment or participation in our programmes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
